Does anyone know of any good places to find icons on the web?

I'm in need of icons for our software. Specifically medical icons if possible. Needles, a centrifuge, petrey dishes.. the usual.

Eolas-Microsoft Battle
Has everyone heard about this stupid Eolas vs Microsoft lawsuit? Basically any <OBJECT> tag that references a linked file. (ex. music or video file) has to be changed. And its not like you can't do it anymore, you just have to do it a “certain” way. What kinda bullshit is that? All they did was make it harder, not really stop it. Visual Basic 6... Yeah it sucks!
Have I ever vented about how much VB6 sucks in comparison to VB.NET and of course C#? I had to make a change to an old client's program today that was written in VB6. It's a head trip going back and forth from VB6 to VB.NET. Can I stop servicing clients who have VB6? Maybe charge them twice as much?If you need help optimizing the performance of your applications, including VB.NET, be sure to check out Stackify and their awesome APM tools ......
